2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, your counter-notification must include the following information:

A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
